Responsibilities for Real Estate Assistant:

  • Assist real estate agents in coordinating and preparing successful open house events.
  • Prepare, deliver, and pick up real estate documents as needed.
  • Create, design, and distribute eye-catching real estate brochures to effectively showcase properties.
  • Handle the advertising of properties online and through newspapers to attract potential buyers.
  • Take high-quality photos of properties before and after repairs for marketing purposes.
  • Install and remove ‘for sale’ and ‘sold’ signs on properties, ensuring their visibility to potential buyers.
  • Coordinate, oversee, and inspect the completion of repairs on properties that are listed for sale.
  • Gather information and access public records about properties that are for sale to assist in market analysis.
  • Provide general administrative support to real estate agents, including data entry, file management, and scheduling appointments.


Qualifications for Real Estate Assistant:

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle various administrative tasks accurately.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills to track and monitor leads, feedback, and property information.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms for monitoring and advertising purposes.
  • Graphic design experience preferred to create visually appealing advertisements.
  • Previous experience in administrative, accounting, or marketing roles preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with buyers, sellers, agents, and repair persons.
  • People-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently while also following the instructions of lead real estate agents.

Responsibilities:

• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data.
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
• Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions.
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.
Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should have a high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate sales associate, sales representative, or similar position.
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.
